01
Joining the program
In short
The DreamTrak Referral Program (“the program”) is run by Soul Science LLC (“we”). Members who take part are called Ambassadors.
You can take part if you:
- are 18 or older;
- have a DreamTrak account in good standing, without suspensions or unresolved violations;
- live somewhere it’s legal to receive referral commission;
- aren’t our employee or contractor, or a member of their immediate family; and
- use one Ambassador account only. Extra accounts made to get around the rules end participation.
You join by activating your referral link in the app or on our website. Sharing your link, or accepting a payout, means you accept these terms. We may decline an application or end participation, as section 9 explains.
02
How referrals work
In short
You get a personal referral code and link. Share them with friends, on social media and anywhere else that follows the rules in section 6.
When someone counts as your referral
- They open your link or enter your code, and create a new DreamTrak account. People who already have an account can’t be referred.
- Your invite link is remembered in their browser for 30 days, so they don’t have to sign up straight away. If they open more than one invite link before signing up, the most recent one counts.
- Once their account is linked to you, the link is permanent. It doesn’t move to someone else later.
03
Commission
In short
You earn 10% of each qualifying payment made by someone you referred. Qualifying payments are:
- monthly, yearly and lifetime subscription payments made in the app, including every renewal; and
- subscription payments made on our website, including every renewal.
Trak 1, which is free, earns nothing, and neither do one-off purchases in the app, such as a single Trak or a voice add-on.
Commission is calculated in US dollars. If a payment is made in another currency and we can’t get a reliable exchange rate for it, that payment may not earn commission.
Ambassador levels
As more people join through you, your Ambassador level rises. Levels are a badge of thanks. They don’t change your 10% rate.
| Level | People referred |
|---|---|
| Seedling | 0 to 10 |
| Guardian | 11 to 25 |
| Elder | 26 to 50 |
| Sage | 51 to 100 |
| Awakened | 101 or more |
Seedling
- People referred
- 0 to 10
Guardian
- People referred
- 11 to 25
Elder
- People referred
- 26 to 50
Sage
- People referred
- 51 to 100
Awakened
- People referred
- 101 or more
We can change the commission rate or levels with at least 30 days’ notice, as section 10 explains. Commission you’ve already earned isn’t affected.
04
The 30-day hold
In short
Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment that earned it. DreamTrak purchases are final, but an app store or bank can still reverse a payment (a store refund, chargeback or dispute). If that happens during the hold, the commission is cancelled.
If we’re investigating possible fraud involving your account or the payment, we may hold commission for longer, and we’ll tell you. Once the hold ends, commission is approved and ready to withdraw.
05
Getting paid
In short
- Minimum
- $50. Smaller balances roll over until you reach it.
- Methods
- Bank transfer, processed by Flutterwave or Paystack, or PayPal.
- Currency
- US dollars. Conversion or receiving fees charged by your bank or PayPal are yours.
- First payout
- Checked by a person to confirm your identity and payout details, which can add a few business days.
- Timing
- Most payouts arrive within a few business days of your request, though banks can take longer.
We may set daily or weekly withdrawal limits to protect the program, and we’ll tell affected Ambassadors in advance. Please keep your payout details accurate, because we can’t recover money sent to details you gave us that turn out to be wrong.
06
Sharing fairly
In short
Say you may earn. Whenever you share your link or code, make clear you could receive a commission. The share text in the app already says so (“Trak 1 is free. If you ever buy a paid Trak, I’d get 10%.”); if you write your own post, keep a line like that in it. On social platforms, also use the platform’s own paid-partnership or ad label where it has one.
These aren’t allowed. Doing any of them can end your participation and forfeit your commission:
- Referring yourself, including through other accounts you own or control.
- Spam: bulk or unsolicited emails, messages or texts promoting your link, and posting it in comments or replies under other people’s posts.
- Misleading claims, including promises of healing, medical or therapeutic results, or income. Describe DreamTrak as it is.
- Pitching to people in distress: sending your link to someone who has said they are in crisis, grieving or unwell, or posting it under such a post. If someone may be at risk, point them to local emergency services or a crisis line, not to DreamTrak.
- Paid or fake sign-ups: offering money or gifts for joining through your link, or creating fake accounts.
- Bots and automation that generate clicks, sign-ups or purchases.
- Looking like us: websites, social accounts or other pages that could be mistaken for official DreamTrak ones, or using our name and logo without written permission.
- Brand ads: bidding on “DreamTrak”, “Dream Trak” or similar terms in paid search without our written permission.
- Gaming the numbers in any other way, such as click farms or coordinated abuse.
07
Fraud checks
In short
To keep the program fair, we look for signs of abuse, such as many sign-ups from the same network or device, sudden unnatural spikes in activity, and payments that don’t look genuine.
If your account is flagged, we may pause withdrawals while we review it, and we’ll tell you what to expect. Commission earned through fraud or by breaking these terms is cancelled. Our decision after a review is final, but if you think we’ve missed something, tell us.
08
Taxes and your status
In short
Taking part doesn’t make you our employee, agent or partner. You can’t make promises or agreements on our behalf, and the program comes with no employee benefits.
You’re responsible for reporting commission as income and paying any tax on it where you live. Where the law requires us to collect tax information or report payments, we’ll ask for what we need, and we may hold payouts until we have it.
09
Leaving or being removed
In short
If you leave
Tell our support team you’d like to leave. We’ll pay your approved commission if it comes to at least $50. Approved balances under $50 when you leave aren’t paid.
If we end it because the terms were broken
If you commit fraud or break these terms in a serious way, we can end your participation immediately, and unpaid commission, including commission on hold, is forfeited.
If we end it for any other reason
We’ll give you 30 days’ notice, and you’ll have 60 days from that notice to withdraw approved commission of $50 or more.
When participation ends, your link and code stop working, and later payments by people you referred no longer earn commission.
10
Changes to the program
In short
We may change these terms, the commission rate, levels, payout methods, the minimum withdrawal or other parts of the program. For important changes, we’ll email active Ambassadors at the address on their account at least 30 days before the change applies. If you keep taking part after that, the new terms apply.
If we close the program, we’ll give 60 days’ notice and pay out approved commission that meets the minimum.
11
Your data, and your referrals’ privacy
In short
To run the program, we process the clicks, sign-ups and payments linked to your code, along with technical details such as IP address and device information that help us detect fraud.
We don’t share the personal information of people you refer with you. You’ll see figures such as clicks, sign-ups and commission earned. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
12
Liability
In short
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you relating to the program is limited to the commission we paid you in the 12 months before the event the claim is about. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or opportunities.
You agree to cover claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from how you promote DreamTrak or from your breaking these terms.
Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
13
Law and disputes
In short
These terms are governed by the same law as our Terms of Service, and disputes about the program are resolved the way they describe: 30 days of good-faith discussion first, then arbitration, with the exceptions and consumer protections set out there.
