Community Guidelines

2 min read

The DreamTrak community is a space for seekers to connect, share experiences, and support each other on the path of conscious dreaming. Here is how we keep it safe and meaningful.

The community is accessible from the Community tab in the app. You can browse discussion threads, share dream experiences, post reflections on your Trak journey, and engage with fellow practitioners. Some Traks have dedicated group spaces for participants to connect around shared themes.

What we encourage: Sharing dream experiences and insights (with as much or as little detail as you are comfortable with). Offering encouragement and support to fellow practitioners. Asking questions about techniques, practices, and the journey. Celebrating milestones -- completing a Trak, meaningful dream experiences, meaningful breakthroughs.

What is not permitted: Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks of any kind. Sharing explicit, violent, or disturbing content. Spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation unrelated to DreamTrak. Sharing other users' private information or journal entries. Misinformation about health, mental health, or medical conditions.

Moderation: Our team reviews reported content and proactively monitors community spaces. Violations may result in a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. You can report any content by tapping the flag icon on any post or comment.

This community thrives because its members treat each other with respect. Your presence and participation make it stronger.
