Deleting Your Account

If you decide to leave DreamTrak, we respect that decision and make the process straightforward.

To delete your account, open DreamTrak and go to Profile then Settings then Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, the deletion process begins immediately.

What happens when you delete: Your account credentials are permanently removed. All dream journal entries are permanently erased from our servers. Practice history and Trak progress are deleted. Community posts and comments are anonymized (your name is removed but the content may remain for thread continuity). GPF Compass data is purged.

Important: before deleting, cancel any active subscriptions through your app store (Apple or Google). Deleting your DreamTrak account does not automatically cancel app store subscriptions, and you may continue to be charged if you do not cancel separately.

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. We cannot recover your journal entries, progress, or any other data after deletion. If you want to keep a copy of your dream journal, export it from Profile then Journal then Export before deleting your account.

The deletion process is completed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements. During this period, your account is deactivated and inaccessible.

If you change your mind before the 30-day window closes, contact our support team via the contact form on our Support page and we can attempt to halt the deletion.
