Paying from Anywhere: Currency and Charges
1 min read
DreamTrak is available worldwide, and paying works the same way wherever you live.
In the app -- Apple and Google show the price in your local currency and charge the payment method in your store account.
On the website -- prices are in US dollars, and you are charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount and may add a foreign transaction fee, which is between you and your bank.
Cards and bank transfer -- checkout takes debit and credit cards. Bank transfer is also offered inside the payment window where your bank supports it.
If your card is declined -- make sure it is enabled for online and international payments, check your available balance, and confirm your billing details match your card.
If you still cannot complete a payment, write to billing through the contact form on our Support page and we will help.
