How Nightly Practices Work
2 min read
Each night in DreamTrak follows a simple but powerful two-part practice: Sweet Dreams before sleep and Good Morning when you wake.
Sweet Dreams is your evening session. Open it 15 to 30 minutes before you intend to fall asleep. The practice will guide you through that night's specific exercises, which may include breathwork, visualizations, body awareness, or subtle energy techniques. The content changes every night -- each session is unique to your position within the Trak.
After the practice ends, simply allow yourself to drift into sleep. The techniques you just practiced continue working through your subconscious as you rest.
Good Morning is your waking session. Open it as soon as you wake up, ideally before checking your phone or getting out of bed. This short practice helps you recall and anchor any dreams, insights, or experiences from the night. It is also the ideal time to record entries in your dream journal.
The GPF Compass -- or Geo-Psychic Position Finder -- adds another dimension to your practice. It uses your location and energetic data to fine-tune certain aspects of your session. You will notice compass readings on your practice screens. Trust its guidance.
Consistency matters more than perfection. Even if you only complete the Sweet Dreams practice, you are making progress. The Trak adjusts to support wherever you are.
