Your First Trak: The Yellow Nexus
2 min read
The Yellow Nexus is DreamTrak's first Trak, and it is completely free. Think of it as your invitation to experience the full depth of what a guided consciousness practice can offer over 90 nights.
This Trak is a path for heavy seasons, including times of depression and dark thoughts, through gentle, progressive nightly practices. Each night introduces new layers of awareness -- breathwork, visualization, and subtle body techniques that build on one another. You do not need any prior experience with meditation or consciousness practices.
To begin, open the app and tap on The Yellow Nexus from your Home screen. Each evening, open your Sweet Dreams practice about 15 to 30 minutes before you plan to fall asleep. The app will guide you through that night's session. When you wake, open the Good Morning practice to anchor the insights from the night.
There is no pressure to be perfect. If you miss a night, simply pick up where you left off. The Trak remembers your progress and adjusts accordingly.
Over 90 nights, watch for what changes: your dream recall, your moods, your awareness. Everyone's pace is different, and your journal is there to record what you notice.
The Yellow Nexus is not a trial -- it is a real, complete Trak. When you feel ready to explore further, the Trak Store offers 15 additional journeys.
