Why Trak Durations Vary
2 min read
One of the first things people notice about DreamTrak is that Trak durations vary significantly -- from 7 nights to 90 nights. This is intentional and meaningful.
Each Trak is designed around a specific life theme, and different themes call for different timelines. A 7-night Trak offers focused, intensive work on themes that benefit from concentrated practice. A 90-night Trak unfolds gradually, layering techniques and awareness over months.
Here is the range: some Traks span 90 nights for themes that require sustained immersion. Others take 30 nights for substantial but more focused work. Some are 21 or 14 nights for targeted journeys. And the shortest Traks are 7 or 8 nights for intensive, distilled experiences.
When we say "nights," we mean practice sessions. Each night corresponds to one Sweet Dreams practice (before sleep) and one Good Morning practice (upon waking). If you miss a night, your progress pauses -- you simply resume where you left off the next time you practice.
There is no penalty for going slower than the Trak's intended pace. Life happens. The practices are always there when you return.
The varying durations reflect our commitment to authentic transformation rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Trust the timeline of the Trak you have chosen -- it was designed with purpose.
