How Gifting a Trak Works

You can gift any of the 15 paid Traks to someone with an email address. The gifter (you) pays at the current Trak price; the recipient pays nothing.

To send a gift, go to the Trak you want to give (either from My Traks if you already own it, or from the Trak Store), click Gift This Trak, enter the recipient's email, optionally add their name and a personal message, and continue to checkout.

After your payment succeeds, two things happen:

1. 1We send the recipient an email titled "You have been gifted DreamTrak's [Trak name]." The email contains a one-click redeem button, your personal message (if you added one), and a short intro to the Trak.

1. 1You receive a confirmation receipt for your records, plus a tracking link so you can see when the recipient redeems.

If the recipient already has a DreamTrak account with the same email, the Trak is added to their library instantly and the email is a notification rather than a redemption invitation.

A gift can be claimed for 90 days after it's sent. If it hasn't been claimed by then, contact us and we'll help you send it to someone else.
