Using Voice During Practices
2 min read
When the Voice Companion is active, it transforms your nightly practices into a fully immersive, hands-free experience. Here is how it works during your sessions.
During Sweet Dreams, the Voice Companion guides you through each element of the evening practice using spoken instruction. You can close your eyes, set your phone beside your pillow, and simply listen. The voice will walk you through breathwork patterns, visualizations, body awareness exercises, and any technique specific to that night's practice.
The voice paces itself to match the natural rhythm of the session. Pauses are built in where silence is needed.
During Good Morning, the voice gently guides your waking process. It prompts you to recall dreams, offers reflection questions, and walks you through the morning anchoring practice. This is especially valuable because you can keep your eyes closed and stay in that liminal space between sleep and waking where dream recall is strongest.
You can pause the Voice Companion at any time by tapping the screen. Double-tap to resume. If you want to switch between voice-guided and screen-guided modes, you can toggle this in settings without affecting your progress.
The Voice Companion does not replace the on-screen content -- it enhances it. All visual guidance remains available even when the voice is active.
