Syncing Across Multiple Devices

DreamTrak syncs your data across all devices signed into the same account, so you can practice on your phone at night and review your journal on your tablet in the morning.

What syncs automatically: Your Trak progress and practice history, all dream journal entries and edits, subscription status and entitlements, app preferences and settings, Voice Companion configuration, and community profile information.

How it works: DreamTrak uses cloud synchronization to keep everything consistent. When you complete a practice, make a journal entry, or change a setting, that data is saved locally first and then synced to the cloud when an internet connection is available. Other devices pull the latest data when they open the app or come online.

Sync timing: Changes typically propagate within a few seconds on a stable connection. If you were offline, syncing occurs automatically when connectivity is restored. You do not need to manually trigger a sync.

Troubleshooting sync issues: If data appears inconsistent across devices, try the following. Ensure both devices are connected to the internet. Pull down on the Home screen to force a manual refresh. Check that you are signed into the same account on both devices. If issues persist, sign out and sign back in on the device showing outdated data.

Important: avoid making simultaneous edits to the same journal entry on two devices while both are offline. When they reconnect, the most recent edit takes priority. We recommend doing journal writing on a single device for consistency.
